Mgr. Daniela Hromadová
Daniela is a partner of our law firm and an attorney at law with many years of experience in various areas of law. She specializes mainly in litigation, civil law, family law and labour law. Her clients include various commercial companies operating in the Slovak Republic as well as natural persons as individuals.
As Daniela is well versed in various areas of law, she has handled over a hundred disputes. Daniela always thoroughly familiarizes herself with the particular case, goes into depth when working together, and emphasizes tailor-made solutions. She communicates the legal assessment of the dispute clearly and is always willing to answer any questions clients may have.
A special area of litigation is consumer protection as well as disputes related to the recovery of damages and non-pecuniary injury, which Daniela repeatedly encounters, and her knowledge is applicable regardless of the party she is currently representing.
In the family law area, Daniela focuses on the regulation of rights and obligations towards minors or the settlement of the community property of spouses. She is sensitive to her client’s needs and takes a practical approach to solutions. Daniela always defends the client’s interests, and in this sensitive area, she has the ability to reach solutions to disputes even through parental agreements without traumatizing the minors. Her years of experience mean, above all, a sober and direct view of a particular legal matter.
In the field of real estate law Daniela handles the contractual agenda for several real estate agencies operating in Bratislava. At the same time, she has extensive experience in litigation whose common denominator is real estate.
Prior to joining LEGARTUM, Daniela worked for several leading Slovak and foreign law firms in Bratislava, where she came up with new ideas, such as the implementation of the provision of registration services in the register of public sector partners and other areas.
