JUDr. Mgr. Zuzana Bukvisova
Zuzana is the managing partner of our law firm. She specializes in real estate law, especially real estate development projects, from the initial planning stage. Her clients include construction companies and developers in the area of residential construction in Bratislava and its surroundings, as well as various real estate agencies operating in Bratislava.
In the field of bankruptcy law, Zuzana performs the role of a bankruptcy trustee, which knowledge and experience she also applies in providing services to our clients, especially in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial law, contractual agenda and debt recovery.
Zuzana has also been working in the field of transport law for many years, she is a co-author of the online publication CMR and a partner in the association of transport law specialists – ITL Attorneys www.itla.eu. She provides legal services for several international transport companies and also cooperates with the association ČESMAD.
In the field of tax law, Susan provides legal services for clients from different business areas, but who face the same tax problems when undergoing tax audits to examine different types of tax. Zuzana has a dozen successful tax law cases, many of which have been successfully concluded at the level of the tax administrator, without the need for further court proceedings.
Prior to founding LEGARTUM, Zuzana worked for a leading Slovak law firm in Bratislava for six years and also worked with Transparency International Slovakia, where she provided legal advice to individuals who had knowledge of corrupt behaviour. She is co-author of the publication Anti-Corruption Manual. Zuzana is currently working on a publication on the problems of the creditor environment and effective tools for successful debt recovery.
